Compatible
cartridges are non-OEM new cartridges - not recycled. Compatible
cartridges are manufactured by a third party factory to the OEM
(Original Equipment Manufacture) specifications. Each printer cartridge
is carefully researched, manufactured and tested. New compatible
cartridges are added on a regular basis.
How
easy are they to install?
Each
cartridge is installed the same way that you would install the original
OEM cartridge. They are individually wrapped in foil and have the
yellow tab on top (which you remove when installing the cartridge
- just like the original OEM cartridge.) We recommend that you use
the head cleaning or nozzle cleaning utility that comes with your
printer to clean the printer heads (you should do this EVERY time
you replace any cartridge - OEM or Compatible). Go to Control Panel
- Printers - Properties - Utility.

we sell so many cartridges each month (25,000), we receive monthly
shipments from our factory. Therefore our cartridges are fresh and
have a tested shelf life of at least 20 months.

you guarantee your product?
We
guarantee
everything we sell 100%. We will gladly refund your money if you
are unsatisfied in anyway for any reason. There is absolutely
no risk to you.
Will
I get the same quality printing with a compatible cartridge?
We
guarantee you will get the same quality printing. Many of our best
customers are graphic designers and photographers who demand the
highest quality printing and the strictest color matching.

What does this mean to you?
Do
you have cartridges for my printer?
We
carry compatible cartridges for most popular brands of printers
which have no circuitry or electronics (the printer head) on the
cartridges themselves. If you don't see your printer listed, give
us a call and we will let you know if we have it in stock. If your
printer is a new model and we don't carry it yet, check back with
us by e-mail or this web site as new compatibles are added on a
regular basis.
Will
using a compatible cartridge void my warrantee?
Major
printer manufacturers sell printers at or below cost. They make
their profits from selling the cartridges. Formerly, once you bought
your expensive new printer you had no choice but to buy one of their
cartridges after yours ran dry. By using compatibles you are cutting
into their primary source of profit. Because of this, they will
threaten to void your warrantee if you use compatible cartridges.
They are simply trying to protect their own interests anyway they
can. It is however strictly ILLEGAL for them to do so. They CANNOT
VOID YOUR WARRANTEE simply for using compatible cartridges.
There is no reason that you should not use compatible cartridges.
They work and will save YOU money.
We've
sold hundreds of thousands of cartridges and never had an incident
where a customer's warranty was "voided" from using our products.
